Personal Training
We offer individually designed programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced personal training for men and women of all ages. We create personalized exercises for each client according to your goal. Fitness basics include weight training, cardiovascular fitness, stretching, fitness following physical therapy, weight loss/weight management, and nutritional guidance.
Our clients pay per session or per package with free cardio support before or after your training. It's that simple!
Just you and your trainer for 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions to keep you on the path to looking and feeling great with strength, stamina and confidence.
Triathlon and Run coaching
To the athlete, TRI-LIFE TRAINING designs individual programs to help you achieve your sports-specific goal in triathlon, cycling, running, swimming. Farther, faster, stronger, you’ll achieve newly discovered levels of personal best.
Massage Therapy
In addition to complement your workouts and training, we offer the services of licensed massage therapists.
Yoga Sessions
TRI-LIFE TRAINING offer Yoga for athletes and no athletes.
